How It Started
We’ll keep it short! Two wild kids got together and boarded their first flight…the end! But where’s the fun in that? It all started with a glistening view of Golden Gate Bridge in 2018!

That fun sunset hike from the park, to the bridge and back proved to not only be picturesque, but also threw in some unexpected twists – like trying to frantically figure out what to do when we realized the restrooms we needed to use had seen way too many visitors that day, if you know what we mean 😆! The evening went from glamourous to gross in a matter of seconds, and a little research ahead of time could have saved us, haha! The unexpected; that’s what did it for us! The two of us found our love for each other and chasing adventures all in one weekend, and from there it was history! So, thank you, Golden Gate Bridge and all of the unexpected and crazy travel moments that followed that have lead us here! It might not have happened without you!

What started as chasing the adventures and sharing on our socials for family and friends, has turned into a passion for finding unique experiences, making meaningful connections all over the world and sharing it with other fellow travel dreamers to hopefully inspire and be inspired. From our longest single-day-drive from south Italy to deep into the mountains of Austria for a spontaneous 2-night stay, to our favorite adventure of 20 days to Italy, Greece, Egypt, Maldives and back – We’ve loved every minute of traveling without limits! What do we mean by that? We believe that travel looks different for everyone, and you should, unapologetically, do it your way! By getting out there and chasing our dreams, each trip leaves us ready for the next!

What’s ahead for us? Well only God Knows and time will tell! But, we can say that we plan to keep the travel going, and visiting every country at least once!

We’ve found that a good travel-to-home-life balance for us includes 2-3 big adventures per year sprinkled with 3-5 of those drive-able and shorter flight wonders closer to our home state of Texas, USA! Keeping what we share real, informative and fun will remain our goal, and we also hope to continue to be inspired by you, your adventures and those we meet on our travels. We can’t promise that we will get better at packing light…(ok, so that one is for Nina), and there is no way that we’ll stop trying to recreate every dish and drink we fall in love with on our travels… (now, that one’s for Abe), but we can promise that we will always be ourselves and keep it fun! We know that life and circumstances change, but one thing that will always remain constant is our love for experiences! One thing’s for sure – the next adventure is right around the corner, no matter what it is!

Now, we get it; juggling work and travel can feel like trying to balance on a tightrope soaring between two high-rises while wearing a classic pair of 5 inch stilettos (picture Nina in this scenario not Abe… although, putting Abe in that situation would make that a much scarier thought! So… Abe in the stilettos on a tightrope 😆! Let that sink in!) That’s why we decided to expose our strategy and hacks for making the most of every moment, and tackling unforgettable experiences that are as smart as they are fun. Our motto? “Figuring it out as we go, so you don’t have to!” Because let’s face it—travel should be about the memories, not the meltdowns…. Don’t worry, we’ll preview those meltdowns for you, haha!
We’re all about keeping it real! Whether we’re those picture-perfect moments that make for jaw dropping Instagram posts or the hilarious “uh-oh” stories that remind us that we’re still humans and things just happen sometimes, our goal is to give you an authentic peek into our adventures, so you can get to yours more prepared and excited! Every wild or crazy moment fuels our sense of humor, and the unexpected twists keep it fun—like finding out that 6 pieces of luggage + 4 Series BMW upgrade going across Europe might not work out so well 😆 (true story!).
The people we’ve met and the connections we’ve made along the way have had an amazing impact our lives in ways we never imagined! We’re here to inspire you to get out there and explore the world, but we’re also incredibly grateful for the inspiration we’ve received from fellow travelers, locals, and even the cute animals we got attached to (really Nina got attached to) that decided to follow us around for a day and pull on our heart strings (yes, that includes towel animals housekeeping leaves on our beds at night 🤭).
